Consultive have partnered with one of our Melbourne-based Property Development clients to seek and appoint a Marketing Coordinator. Established in Melbourne at the turn of the century, projects delivered to date total over $1bil, across residential, mixed-use, commercial and retirement living.
Our client is about to move into sales-mode, and this has hastened the need for an appropriately experienced Marketing Coordinator to join them in a permanent full time capacity. Working in a team, and lead by a Development Director, your experiences coordinating successful digital marketing campaign's will help position the project for the sales success expected.
Some key aspects of the role include:
- Branding - copywriting social media posts, and writing articles / blogging on platforms such as WeChat etc
- Marketing liaison - campaign management extends to working-in with the sales team, and the external real estate marketing agency
- Campaign administration - attend meetings, meeting minutes, procure and review marketing materials with the team and General Manager
The successful applicant for this role will ideally come from a property developer or real estate agency, having fulfilled a similar role to the above. The ability to speak Mandarin and English will see you sit squarely in my clients line of sight.
Remuneration has been set at $60,000 - 70,000 + super
