The Project(s) 
  • Creating Magnificent office fitouts ranging from single to multiple floors, into the multi-millions 
Other Projects they do 
  • Cutting Edge and Revolutionary Office, University & Health fitouts from Laboratories to State of the Art medical centres 
  • Bold and Inspirational showrooms and retail environments 
  • Projects range from $500k to $20mil 
The Position 
  • Run and co-ordinate all site activities 
  • Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions 
  • Manage and drive sub contractors 
  • Maintain & control all on-site records 
  • Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget 
  • Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace 
  • Deliver project on time & to budget 
Must Have 
  • Building trade background 
  • Demonstrated history as Foreman/Supervisor on these types of jobs 
  • Right to work in Australia
