Recruitment Consultant - Major Property Development Players

This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful recruitment consultancy with an almost 20-year presence in the Victorian Built Environment.  Consultive are located in the Melbourne CBD, in amongst retail, cafes, restaurant's, bars and public transport.

 
Having been established in 2003 by Phil Isard, Consultive first positioned itself in Commercial Building, efficiently followed by Civil Construction, and Property & Project Management.  Fast-forward another 4-5 years and Consultive now has depth in each of these, in addition to Consulting Engineering and Real Estate, with plans to move into the many other sectors that make up the Built Environment.

The position of Recruitment Consultant within Consultive will be highly engaging, exciting and rewarding!  As a 360 degree autonomous Consultant, your day may be made up of the stuff that either bring jobs into your desk, or attracts candidates for the many roles your client is super keen for you to fill on their behalf.  This is a HOT DESK, and one which has experienced consistent $50k + months!
 
To enable your success, you'll have a first rate cloud-based CRM, supported by high-speed internet connectivity, and access to the latest in sales & closing techniques.
 
We need someone who recognises that improvement never ends in the pursuit of personal success; someone who is prepared to couple hard work with the resilience to deal with the ups and downs of sales.  In addition to these, and equally important, is your focus on dollar-related purchases, and having personal goals and ambitions that will drive you to realise the opportunity available.
 
TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES:
  • Sales experience (business-2-business or business-2-consumer is fine); or
  • Recruiting experience from a technical field or sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be tech savvy
