6mth + Contract for School Project.  $65-75p/hr + Super.  Start in Mid May

  • Creating Magnificent apartments ranging from 2 levels to multiple levels and basements, into the multi-millions 
  • Projects range from $4mil to $30mil 
The Position 
  • Run and co-ordinate all site activities 
  • Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions 
  • Manage and drive sub contractors 
  • Maintain & control all on-site records 
  • Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget 
  • Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace 
  • Deliver project on time & to budget 
Must Have 
  • Building trade background or related degree 
  • Demonstrated history as Site Manager on these types of jobs 
  • Right to work in Australia
